Nothing is charged today and there is no checkout. Claimed and Owner features listed above are live for counties whose rolls link to Railroad Commission leases — Karnes and Martin at the moment. Anything marked “planned” is not built yet, and we would rather say so here than let you discover it after paying. Prices are what we intend to charge when those features ship.
Family office?
Multiple entities, consolidated rollups, CSV export, and seats are coming as a dedicated tier. Talk to us and we’ll set you up directly in the meantime.
Fair-terms promise
Cancel anytime. Monthly plans stop at the end of the cycle; annual plans pro-rate in the first 60 days. Your claimed card stays yours on the free tier.
Your data is not for sale. We never sell your information to third parties. Marketing from our own corporate family always carries an opt-out that never affects your subscription.
Heirs welcome. Multiple family members can each claim a card on the same interests — inheritance is messy and we don't referee it.
